Tenancy Agreement

Tenancy Agreements are particularly unusual in that obligations imposed by a landlord on a tenant to carry out repairs are probably unenforceable.

The Landlord and Tenant Act provides that any clause in a Tenancy Agreement or other document which seeks to make the tenant responsible for repairs which are covered by that act is not valid.
